I took this walking tour after already living in Santiago for 3 months. Ignacio showed us around some of the back streets that I would never have found on my own and gave us lots of history about the old buildings, looked at cool street art, and learned about influential artists. Great way to learn more about the city and its history in a day.

The best way to learn about a city is to do it with somebody who lives there. On the tour day, we had really bad weather: it was cold, windy and raining. And I was cold. But in spite of this, it was a great day and a great tour. I saw a lot and got a lot of information about Chile, people, and their life. It was very interesting to me. At the end of the tour, I enjoyed the Chilean hospitality with Ignacio and her great parents. I hope I see them again!

I’m from Germany and I’m currently working as an aupair in Chile. I’ve been here for only two weeks now and this was the first time I actually left Santiago and went to Valparaiso, which is a beautiful city and definitely worth seeing while you’re in Chile. Felipe and nacho showed us around different places and we had lunch at a cute little Café (it wasn’t too touristic which I loved) and it was so fun because they’re both really funny and nice! Their English was very good as well and we learned a lot! I’m probably gonna go on another tour with them while I’m here. They already made my stay in Chile an unforgettable experience. Going to Santiago was not really in our plans, we just came from Mendoza and was a thing decided from one day to another, so we had no idea of what to see or to do and decided to take a tour. This is the best thing we could do as we did it on our first day and gave us an amazing historical perspective of the city and the life of the Chileans. My recommendation is to do this on your first day, and don’t forget to bring a good pair of sneakers, as you will be walking around a lot

Did an airport pickup, a 5 hr walking city tour of Santiago and a transfer and 3 hr walking tour in Valparaiso with Ignacio! He was wonderful! Very Passionate about his city! Was enthusiastic about everything! Could not have chosen a better guide!! Suggested some wonderful restaurants. He was always early and very organized. We forgot a small shoulder bag in his car when we got dropped off at the cruise terminal. Nothing serious in it except raincoats and car keys. He took photos of all contents and whatsapt it to me and then proceeded to courier it back to Canada!! What a great person! Love you Ignacio! You cannot go wrong when you choose him!
